Shipping Methods:
All orders are shipped via CTT (Portuguese Postal Service). Customers in Portugal have the option to pick up their order at a designated pickup point for added convenience.
Shipping Costs:
Free Shipping: Orders over ā¬150 qualify for free shipping worldwide.
Portugal: ā¬6 shipping fee for orders under ā¬150.
International: ā¬16 shipping fee for all other countries for orders under ā¬150.

Europe: All countries, including non-EU nations.
Asia: China, Japan, South Korea.
South America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Uruguay, Venezuela.
North America: United States (all 57 states), Canada.
Australia.
Delivery Time:

Returns & Refunds
At Joana The Oyster, your satisfaction is our priority. If youāre not happy with your purchase, weāre here to help.
Return Policy:
Timeframe: You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items with defects. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues, as detailed size information is provided with every product.
Process: Email us at hello@joanatheoyster.com within 30 days, describing the issue. We will provide the return address and further instructions.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds include the full cost of the item plus the shipping fee, and will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
